After a long, cozy winter of eating rich foods and moving less, our bodies can feel a little bogged down when spring comes around. As little leaves begin poking out from the ground, we see animals instinctively choosing the ones that will help get their bodies moving again.
Learn about which herbs have been historically used for gentle detox in the spring (hint: many grow right in your own backyard!) and make a vinegar-based tonic with fresh, local herbs to take home.
