Self-care can be easily overlooked as we move through our busy days. Taking ten minutes to ground as you make a cup of tea can improve your wellbeing. Get inspired with ideas on how to create your own tea rituals and weave a little peace and intention into your routine.
Handblended herbal tea will be served as we hold our own meditative tea ritual. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mug.
